Our next station we’re featuring on our blog is our Paella Risotto station. This is a great action station for wedding and corporate event menus that want to highlight our local Tampa Latin flavor.
Our chefs cook paella for each guest right in front of them and can add on toppings of their choosing. Fresh seafood such as shrimp, mussels, and clams are the highlight of this dish with pork and chorizo adding lots of flavor.
